Le Val de Bonnal enjoys a rural setting in the former estate of a chateau, and has a refined Country Club atmosphere. A river runs by the parc, popular for canoeing, and there are four large lakes within easy walking distance where you can swim, fish, hire pedalos and cycle.

The lakeside beach is backed by large, grassy areas for sunbathing. The facilities are first-class, including a waterpark with waterslides and waterchute. The snack bar and reception are housed in traditional stone buildings.

The surrounding area is full of places to explore, from the Alsace vineyards to the northeast to the Jura region in the southeast. Villanova Mobile Home - sleeps 7

The Villanova features an open plan lounge/dining area and bathroom with shower and toilet, and comes of course with a fully equipped kitchen with a full size-fridge freezer. Some units are badged on-site as Villaclassic. These mobiles are slightly smaller (8m x 3m), but feature free decking

Vista Mobile Home - sleeps 7/8

These contemporary mobile homes are designed for comfortable living both indoors and out, with large French doors opening out onto the decking* from both the kitchen and the living area to give the maximum benefit from open air living. There are three models, featuring a fully fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bright spacious lounge. *The majority feature decking for which there is an additional charge.

Tree Houses

Each tree house has been cleverly constructed around the trunk of the tree and is around 4-5 metres from the ground. Access is via a spiral staircase and they come equipped with 4 single beds and one double bed under a thatched, pitched roof. A large decked terrace with table and chairs means you can relax and watch the world go by from your lofty position.

In addition, we also provide you with a Frontier Tent beneath the treehouse for the duration, so if you wish you can always come back down to earth. Each Frontier Tent is fully equipped with self catering equipment as well as enough room to sleep 6 should you all want a night on terra firma! (Please note - the tents are pitched on the nearest pitches to the Treehouse Villages. This can sometimes be up to 750m away.)
